Prague, Day 2, 3-23-12.  Grabbed a quick breakfast at ... McDonald's LOL!  Same menu for the most part. :)

After breakfast at McD's, we left for the Metro and rode the longest freaking escalator ever!  It was a little unnerving.

We then toured the Prague Castle ... the church was beyond impressive.  Not what I picture in my head when I think of castle for the rest of the place.

Prague, Day 1, 3-22-12.  Took a tour of the city with Jan and Martin.  We saw the St. Charles Bridge and the John Lennon Wall, followed by free time for the rest of the day.  I did put my left hand on the statue that if you do that, you are meant to return to Prague again in your lifetime.

After our tour, Caleb, Thea, Laura, Ann and myself wandered off and found a little open air cafe next to the river where there was a person singing and playing his guitar (all American music).  We enjoyed a drink while sitting next to the water outside, it was lovely.  That night a group of us went to the Black Light Theatre, what a great experience!  It started a little slow but got better and better.  The most surprising part of it was the ending when they did their bows ... there were only 5 performers that did all of the black light parts of the performance, WOW!  The theme was Afrikan and I loved it!  That was something that I wanted to see since before we left. :)

After the Black Light Theatre, Ann, Caleb, Evan and myself made our way back towards the St. Charles Bridge.  After a quick stop at the Hard Rock Cafe to get a new hat for myself and a Hard Rock Cafe shirt for Isaac ... it's so cute! ... we started the direction of the bridge.  We stopped along the way at a small cafe and had some dessert ... heard the song "Lucille" but was not sung by Kenny Rogers, it was the Czech version, Ann and I thought that was great!

The St. Charles Bridge at night is beautiful!  You can see the city lit up and the vendors that are there during the day are gone.  It was a lot less busy and just lovely. I love my adventures that I am having and the people I am having them with.  I like just going and seeing what is out there to find.

Wow, just realized that I have not blogged since before we went to Prague, so I will catch up at this time.  Prague ... arrived on Thursday 3-22-12.  We got off the train and walked to our hostel and had time to grab a quick lunch from a stand in the central part.  Could see the castle and many church tops from where we stood.
